This  black and white film shown below, captures the march to Grand
Parade, by the The Halifax Rifles, Commanding Officer, LCol John Oland
MC, and joined by older unit veterans, to pay respect for the fallen soldiers
from the regiment in it's 100 year history.

Services were held by Rev Arnold, Regiment Chaplin, and in
remembrance, a wreath was laid in memory of the fallen.

Following the ceremony, a March Past and Salute was taken by MGen F.
Worthington, who attended this centennial ceremony, along with former
Honorary Colonels, Victor Oland and H.P McKeen, in addition to  LCol
Gordon Quigley, unit historian and author of  "A Century of Rifles".
